1. Acceptance of Terms
By using MT&A Consultants’ services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
The scope of consulting services will be defined in agreements with clients.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information and cooperate fully to ensure successful service delivery.
4. Fees & Payments
Fees and payment terms are outlined in the service agreement. Late or non-payment may result in service suspension or termination.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of client information and will not disclose it without consent, except as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
Deliverables remain MT&A’s property until full payment is made. Upon full payment, the client gains usage rights.
7. Liability
MT&A Consultants is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
8. Termination
Services can be terminated by either party if the other breaches the agreement. MT&A reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment.
9. Amendments
We may update these terms at any time, and clients will be notified of significant changes.
